Guidelines for Butterfly Costume Requirements
To participate in the Butterfly Gathering event and contribute to breaking the record, it’s essential to adhere to the following guidelines.
Butterfly Costume Criteria
- All participants must be dressed as butterflies.
- Each participant’s outfit should include clothing covering the arms, legs, and torso, all of the same color.
- Examples of suitable colors include all black, all red, all pink, etc.
- Every participant must wear antennae and butterfly wings as part of their costume.
Participant Count
- A total of 400 individuals must be dressed as butterflies to attempt breaking the record.
- Participants will be counted by the adjudicator upon entering the designated space for the event.
Event Arrangement
- The event space must be separated and closed off to ensure accurate counting and organization.
- Volunteer Stewards will be assigned to groups of 50 participants to monitor and ensure costume compliance during the attempt.
Record Declaration
- Once the participant count reaches 400, the adjudicator will declare the record attempt a success.
- It’s important to maintain the integrity of the costumes and follow the guidelines throughout the duration of the event.
By adhering to these costume requirements and guidelines, participants can contribute to the success of the record attempt and make history at the Butterfly Gathering event.
